Carnival does not take reservations, but its not all that bad when you are offered a free glass of wine while you wait. The front of the establishment is a pizzeria which offers unique varieties such as lasagna pies, grandma pie and focaccia pie as well as take-out.

The restaurant immediately serves a great bread basket with a dipping olive oil and chunks of parmesan cheese. As easy as it is to fill up on bread, save room for the entrees. Carnival's tomato and mozzarella starter was very fresh and their baked ziti with meat sauce was a delight as well. Portion sizes were large enough to share and the atmosphere was warm. Carnival is great for friends and family, but not quite as romantic as other restaurants.
